How to increase EC2 EBS volume size with or without instance reboot

Sometimes you’re in a situation where you need to increase the size of your EBS volumes in EC2. This can be accomplished in two ways. The first one with restarting your instance and the second one without restarting the instance. The video below will show you how to do it in both ways.
